Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?
For ready made items, allow 5 business days for processing and posting domestic purchases, and 5-10 business days for processing and posting international orders.
Your item should be with you within 1-2 weeks within Australia and within 3-8 weeks internationally.
All domestic purchases, and international orders that purchased tracking will receive an email with tracking information once the order is with the carrier.
For pre-order items, please check the listing for turn around times. This can range anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the workload I am currently experiencing, I'm only one person so sometimes I can get really busy!

Do you ship worldwide?
I do! I ship anywhere in the world.

International orders are shipped as a large letter via regular post with no tracking unless you select tracked shipping at the checkout. International customers are encouraged to purchase tracked shipping, I am unable to take any responsibility for lost packages that do not have tracking, this means unfortunately if the package gets lost in the mail I am unable to replace or refund your order.

If I want to add things to my order, can I combine shipping?
I can definitely combine shipping on multiple orders, just use the code 'COMBINE' at the checkout on your second order and send me an email. These orders usually need to be placed on the same day, if you placed an order but haven't received a shipping notification, send me an email and I will let you know if your order is still processing and able to be combined!

Do you take Custom Orders?
Yes I do! I will post on my Instagram when custom orders are open as I can only take on a few at a time. If you have an idea, send me an email and I will let you know when I can make it for you! 

I didn't purchase tracking and my package hasn't arrived, what can you do? (International orders only)

How do I spend my loyalty points?
To turn your points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on my website, then click on the launcher in the bottom right hand of your screen to open the rewards panel.

Next, click on All rewards. If you have enough points for a reward you will see a Redeem button.

Upon clicking Redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
